I have been filled with an odd foreboding that the Atlantic-Kirumb word
breaks down to the rather less diplomatic[1] "rule by minions" or
somesuch. [But lately I've not been in a word-building mood for some
reason, so no form is forthcoming ATM.]

[1] I struggled to remember this word; my brain refused to volunteer
anything other than 'democratic', which was clearly wrong.
