Hmm. Either my ears have a serious problem or I have a wrong
idea of which sounds /x/ and /h/ are.
I would hear /O'tEw sEha'doh/ or maybe /O'tEw sEha'do/ as the
word-ending [r]s are usually droped in speech.

You ought to listen Falcão singing "I'm not dog no" and "Black
people car". They're supposed translations *into english* of some
Brazillian songs. He kind of translates the words while keeping the
Portuguese grammar.
