OK, obviously I did not read everything before replying :-) But I don't
mind writing directly in LaTeX too. In fact, I prefer it because it's more
consistent than HTML in marking up logical elements in the document. If
submissions can be LaTeX snippets (I say snippets because probably you
want something "paste-able" into a larger LaTeX document rather than a
full LaTeX document already with page formatting and what-not) -- then
that's just great.
