I translated directly from the Greek text. Literally, it is:

God every so-that him in believing not may-die,
ââj-om züîîj-om ánt-i ûð-o,
eternal-MOT.SG life-MOT.SG oppose-CONJ possess-SUBJ.
eternal life but may-possess,
sool-zôôn-ath-um sûûn-um e-dôôn-a.
only-begotten son gave.
dîîm-us mháát-i toál-u rêç-om e-mhên-a.
god-NOM.SG reason-CONJ thus-ADV cosmos-MOT.SG PST-love-INDIC.
God for thus world loved.
