The latter is Yiddish, probably <shudder's> version too. I think echt Deutsch _oe_ is Engl. /ow/, unless the spelling of the name has been Anglicized to Schrader or some such. "Mueller" is variously [mjul@r] or [mUl@r]. I once worked for a branch of the Dutch co. _Muller_ and it was definitely [mUl@r], not correct [myl@r].
