I'm working on Lainesco (<*Latinescum). It seems to be a Western
Romance language most similar to Spanish and Portuguese. But I'm
having some trouble settling on sound change rules I like and haven't
worked out the verbs yet at all.
Its most notable feature seems to be extensive lenition. As you can
see, some intervocalic consonants are dropped, even unvoiced ones as
in the name Lainesco itself.
