Since I am a Mac-(ab)user, I recently downloaded MacLex from the SIL
website. Got tired of doing my dictionaries on paper and/or in MS Word files.
(Part of my ConLang problem was this old style ConLanging on index cards and
actually using a shoebox! But I still find the ol' shoebox & index cards a
good way of keeping rough sketchings and innumerous revisions closer at hand)
I am using the Dublex word-list from Langmaker.com as the basis of my
lexicon but augmented by additional lexical items and/or concept-words as
needed from other word-lists like: the ULD (Universal Language Dictionary),
the "Language Museum" lists in Frederick Bodmer's _The Loom of Language_,
_Oxford Dictionary of World Religions_, and numerous sources way too diverse
to list without boring most to tears ;)
I might be "defecting" from the Mac camp to PC as soon as my "economic
endangerment era" comes to an end (hopefully) ;)
