The Gevey-English lexicon is a mysql database accessed through
a web browser. The list and search facilities are all controlled by
perlscripts. You can play with it at

Nothing in particular, but given that the language is part of a
conculture with quite a detailed history, biology, geography, etc
(mostly in my head at the moment), most new words go through a quality
control process before being added to the database.
Having some good solid rules for forming words from other words can
also help. Forinstance, what is the language trying to do when it
turns the object "cup" into an action?
