No, not really. A velar egressive sound is a reversed click; you close
the velum and the primary point of articulation, and then force the
air above the tongue out through the front of the mouth by forcing the
tongue upwards. As I said, it can't really be audibly distinguished
from a glottalic egressive sound, which is the same thing except done
by closing the glottis rather than the velum.
