I take it you mean in the US and probably the eastern half. I'll be
attending SUNY Stony Brook most likely, or if I'm really lucky, Cornell,
and both of those have good linguistics programs. Also check the
University of Pittsburg[h] and...oh, I'll get the full info I compiled.

Hm. Unfortunately, I destroyed it some time ago. That's the fate of
temporarily useless things, I fear. Very sorry that I couldn't help more.
