Re: CHAT: silly names, prepositions

Which is alco nonsensical since Canadians and even Mexicans, themselves are,
geographically speaking, North Americans.  So, once again the Canadians are
lumped in with the US, and never tell a Mexican this (I know form
experience), but they're still lumping themselves in with us.
