Yes, pequeno, pequenino, pequenininho are portuguese words and mean "little", "small". The first is the adjective itself and the second and third diminutive. The former is rarely used now and has the same value of the second "very little/small" ("tiny") which has a very popular value... chiph "Dreams are such stuff we are made on" ( Shakespeare, The Tempest)
