Gods and saints, pregnant (is) the duchess,  and know not anyone
with whom.

ddew = voc. pl. of il deus, god
nouev = voc. pl. of il nouefs,  saint
graueddoes is the past participle of grauidar-si, to be pregnant.
la camoula = duchess (la douchissa is reserved for English
 duchesses)
sava = 3s pres. subjunctive of saver Subjunctive is required by
 the indefinite pronoun (nenom) and the fact that the status of
 the action is not known. I.e., the "knowing" is not not known to
 be factual enough to warrant the indicative. Sorry if that's
 confusing, but I don't know how to explain it properly.
nenom (<ne om) = no one
canti = with, in conjunction with
ce quen = whom
