Woot! My last quarter of German 101 was actually useful for such practical
things as deciphering e-mails in the Official List Language! :)
>Ik wilde proberen, dit email in het Nederlands te
>schrijven.
I want to try, with email in ? Netherlands ? write.
"I want to try writing an e-mail in Dutch."
>Ik heb waarschijnlijk veel vergissingen gemaakt
I have ?write? many forget? make
"I have forgotten how to write a lot of things."
>Mijn familie verhuist in de zomer naar Belgie, maar ik
>kan niet met hun gaan. Ik moet hier in Canada blijven
>omdat ik aan de universiteit hier studer.
My family ? in summer near Belgium, ? I can not with ? ?
"My family go to (near) Belgium in the summer, but I can't go with them."
I must here in Canada live ? I at the university here study
"I have to live here in Canada (because) I study here at the university."
I'm hoping I got the gist of it. Wootles! :)
