What do you mean by "by turns"? Anyway, there are *plenty* of ways to
translate that in French. Why should you need a single opaque expression?
"un par un", "un à la fois", "l'un après l'autre" (as was already proposed)
are all possibilities.
You need a straight mind to invent a twisted conlang.
