Tuppenorth is one of the dozens of words pertaining to money in England.
In this case it derives from the predecimal system. In any event, I don't
know how it _ought_ to sound in English, and will defer to those that can
speak proper. :-) In Merkin it's something like 'tuh pen nrth.
