In between :) : /kõnlãNg9R/. At least that's how I pronounce it generally, when I'm speaking French. I tend to nasalise the <o> and the <a>, the <r> is pronounced as in French, but I keep the nasal velar as well as the hard 'g', and I still pronounce the <n>. /9/ is the mid-high rounded front vowel in 'peur'.
