No, no. It is the final line "give me liberty or give me death" which is by Patrick Henry. Henry was an 18th-century American patriot, and the line is the final line of the peroration of a famous speech he made, known to all Americans: Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!
