I find it strange to use 'may' here instead of 'must', since 'to fear'
is negated, so logically, it feels like it should be 'to not fear is
what I *must* do'. I'd use 'may' if the auxilary was negated: 'to
fear is what I may not do'.
What's the rule for must/may and negation in Ayeri?
