In Yivrian, this is expressed with an infinitive in the ablative case. Eg:
Kírith peratyéon ala fayyal.
Kirith speaking-ABL we left.
"With Kirith speaking, we left."
This is a relatively rare construction in Yivrian, though--it's more
usual to simply use a relative clause.
