This is certainly an old argument. I'd certainly like to see irregular
forms all over the place; but the regularity of the nouns at least was
established some years ago. A few irregular verbs have appeared since
I started with Brithenig, though. Perhaps some irregular nounds will
yet be coaxed out.

Kerno has il porcs (s); and y phorcces / y phyrch (pl) and il/la
muccus / y mhuck. The former usually means "pork / pig meat"; the
latter is reserved for living animals. Il wercos (from Spanish) is
cooked pork. Torcos doesn't survive natively; though il torx lor Ysles
is a name for (what is perceived locally) as an exotic For'n dish from
the Channel Islands.

Kerno has l'aino, l'ows and il moulto (y h-ainnes, y h-owthes and y
mhoulten in plural). These all refer to living animals; meat is
il moutons.
