Yeah, it depends on the rest of the mapping.  But with 24 vowel
phonemes and only 10 vowel letters, I can see where something's got to
give.  I just would have gone with something like Y (assuming
lowercase y is assigned to YEA).

I'm curious about the inclusion of ON, also.  I am, honestly, not
trying to start YAEPT, but does /Q/ really contrast with both /A/ (AH)
and /O/ (AWE) in RP?   Are there minimum triples?
