1.98% He referred to the 99% crud, then said "of which", meaning "of that
thing that we're talking about", "2% is excellent crud". So 2% of that 99%
is still crud, but it's excellent crud. I'll leave it to you to dig through
the remaining 98% of the 99% crud if you wish.
