As always gender is moot in the plural in Rhodrese.
Note how the form of the plural definite article
is _igl_ /IL/ before a vowel whereas the pronoun
is written _il_ in all positions.

But actually the most common idiom involving
_igl englí_ is _astuçaus com igl englí_
ASTUTIOSUS  QUOMODO ILLI ANGLENSES!
