A very curious website. I suppose Chunky Monkey is a Ben&Jerry flavor?
otherwise why the link to them?
ObConlang: Well, ain't no monkeys, ain't no cows in the Kash world. But
unlike brand-name theologies, nonsense is universal:
shumaci kusinji yalipat lopan,
mowa lopa cakapéf.
shuma-ci kusimi-ci ya-lipat lopa-n
fat-dim kusimi-dim 3s-catch lopa-acc
mowa lopa caka-pefa
but lopa accid.-escape
"Fatty ""Kitty"" caught a lopa,
but the lopa got away"
Kusimi are the smallest of the feloid "cousins", who hang around farms, eat
vermin, and can become semi-tame. A little bigger than a housecat, around
20lb. Having only rudimentary telepathic ability, they relate well to
children. One would become fat only if fed too many goodies and table
scraps by the kids.
Lopa are sheep/goat-like animals, raised for their meat, wool and hides. A
kusimi could no more catch one, than a monkey could have a cow.
