None of my languages has a word for box meaning specifically a square
container, as these cultures do not use boxes--they mostly use jars or bags for
storage.
Considering this, I coined two general words for container (meboha and
meboja) , a word for storage jar (mebosa) and a word for bag (mebobate) in Rihana-ye.
Storage jar in Sawelenedere should be hamabibera.
None of my languages has a word specifically for boxing; Jases Lalal has a
word for unarmed combat: dakar--verb root dakry. However, the sport involved is
more like wrestling or judo.
None of my languages has a word for the box tree, or words for any of the
modern uses of box (computer, TV, square on a paper form etc.)
