There is a play between the structures

il sew methycks [his own doctor] and
il medhycks le sew [his(other) doctor].

The issue can be avoided, though, as in no. 8.

In 3 and 4, I thought I'd show the difference between ingouither,
to look into, and dogouither, to (medically) examine.
