Well, it would start out as something of a pidgin, but it could become more
of a language over time. This sort of mix is the way pidgins start, and if
extended, they can become creoles, whole languages.
So if you'd like to have this little pidgin-dialog game, let's get started.
We'll run it via private e-mail, perhaps a message a day or so, and then we
can post any good stuff to the list.
The rules are simple - hopefully:
All that I have to work on are your imaginary actions and facial expressions
(in parentheses) and what you say [in brackets]. We'll use X-SAMPA for IPA
transcription until we've agreed on an orthography. You can make up
whatever words you like, so long as they're not from English. Concrete
nouns should be easy, as you just have to point at one (if it's close at
hand) or draw a picture of one.
For situations, we could imagine that we are two merchants trying to trade
goods, or something like that.
Our "native" tongues do not share a writing system, or they are both written
in the Roman alphabet, not that it'll be a major concern. I think I'll use
one of my conlangs as the native language of my persona, feel free to use
one of yours.
With that said, I'll be sending you a message shortly.

And if anyone else wants to follow along as we make up a language, let us
know.
