Two people so far have said they'd be interested in conlangish penpals.
The Teohian Relays <grin HS> might be grouped like so (and I'm always open
to suggestions):
LINGUISTICS
Chat about the phonology, morphology, orthography, syntax, dialectal
variants, language families, or anything else linguistic. It doesn't
necessarily have to be _about_ your conlangs (although why wouldn't
you want to? :) but it should be _in_ your respective conlangs.
- Arthaey Angosii (Asha'ille) <arthaey@...>
- more people?
CONCULTURE
Chat about the culture your conlang exists in. Topics could include
history, daily life, races or species, customs, geography, magic or
other non-Earth phenomena, or anything else that relates to the world
that is home to your conlang.

- Mau Rauszer (Long Wer) <maurauser@...>
- more people?
RL RANDOMNESS
Chat about anything at all. Friends, family, last weekend, the
weather, favorite foods, whatever. Basically a free-for-all chat. :)
- more people?
UNASSIGNED
- Joe (language?) <joe@...>
For any of the above topics, the e-mails themselves should be written in
your conlang, with all necessary vocabulary and grammatical structure
explained at the end of each e-mail (or pointed to on the Web). This is
supposed to be a peer-to-peer conlang relay, remember, as opposed to the
pidgin-creation game also being talked about.
At the end of the exchange, write up smooth English translations of the
conversation. (As HS Teoh suggested, it may be more fun to first try doing
a smooth translation of the _other_ person's side of the conversation, to
see how well you each understood the other.) Finally, either posted the
final conversation to the list ('cause we'll probably be interested in how
it turned out) or at the very least give us a link to the conversation on
the Web.
Hopefully, more people will sign up and we can start this thing! :)

PS - E-mail me on- or off-list if you want to be added. If we get enough
people, I'll make up a central site for posting all results.

I'd like to be cc'd the e-mails, if neither of you object. This
pidgin/creole creation should be interesting to watch develop. :)
