In the Senjecan conculture there are no municipal corporations.  As
a
matter of fact, I didn't even know what it meant, since I'm not
aware
of the title being used in the USA.  It is British, perhaps?  It is,
however, the 3rd definition given in the AHD.  I decided to go with
the 1st definition in the AHD, but it doesn't apply to every
household, just to those that are well off & need a manager.

I like this rendering much better than mine: cüêr mhêjon ólna, 4
streets across.

P.S. Numerals are placed before other modifiers.

P.P.S. In English, it is my personal preference to use "farther"
when physical distance is denoted, "further" otherwise.
