There is actually an IPA symbol for this among the
"disordered speech" extensions (soon to be in Unicode);
it looks like two "dental" modifiers ( |-| ) stacked vertically.
There is also a rather soft sound to be made by banging the
blade of the tongue, backed by the lower jaw, against the roof
of the mouth (the hard palate).
In other news, there is a (rather disgusting) sound I would
characterize as a "sublingual lateral ejective". The acoustic
effect is similar to a bilabial trill.
