    In rtemmu, it would be:

            rtemmurr`unu

(| r | = alveolar trill; | r` | = rhotic mid central vowel)

rtem = a unit of meaning
-mu = a dynamic system
          (hence: rtemmu = language)
-rr`unu = human-aided development
