Sort of.
I have a conlang called Gabwe that can be written in a variety of styles,
as you can see at:
http://bingweb.binghamton.edu/~bh11744/gabwe/Gabwe.gif
I only have examples there of the 'beads on a string' style in both
horizontal and vertical orientations, but the 'Korean-esque' syllable-box
style can also be arranged vertically.

is an example of the morphemograph orthography of Rokbeigalmki, my main
conlang. Usually Rokbeigalmki is written in a horizontal alphabet, but i
made this vertical Chinese-inspired system for an anthropology class
project.
