Not sure...
I think Yiddish contributed a few penultimately-stressed varients of
words, like "dáfka" instead of "davká" (="exactly"), maybe something
having to do with diminutives for nicknames?
I remember hearing that Israelis like using the word "manyana" (mañana)
for 'tomorrow', but i don't know if that's from Ladino or a recent
Spanish culture influence.
