i already saw this method to "translate" texts, with keeping the
original syntax, and connect the translated words directly to the
original ones, so the eye can assign meanings very quickly.

e.g.
the dice   tossed        are (the dice are tossed)
alea       iacta         est

this is the perfect method to learn languages in general ?
japanese people sometimes translate english that way, but
alas this method is not very wide-spread.
how would you call this translation method ?
