Crest of Stars conlang?

Anyone here familiar with the anime Crest of the Stars, or Seikai no
Monshou? Apparently based on a series of sf novels by Morioka Hiroyuki.
I've seen the 1st 2 episodes, liked it a lot. But a *really* interesting
feature is that the author apparently created a conlang (based on
Japanese, but very faintly) for the alien species.

Even better, the alphabet table has IPA values!
If anyone's seen this, or is interested in looking at it, I'd love to
hear thoughts on this "alien" conlang. :-)
