What directly springs to mind is the Old Rumanian use of theta for /ft/, but if you got /T/ in your phonology that is obviously a no-starter... Second best choice would IMO be old-style pi -- the glyph that looks like a lower-case omega with the roof of a pi on it, and which is mapped to {v} in the Symbol font. It is conceivable that it may have a capital looking like a ligature of PI and Tau, too: _____ | | | _____ | | | (_|_) If you want a /bd/ phoneme too there is also an old-style beta! /BP B.Philip Jonsson mailto:bpj@netg.se mailto:melroch@my-deja.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~__ Anant' avanaute quettalmar! \ \ __ ____ ____ _____________ ___ __ __ __ / / \ \/___ \\__ \ /___ _____/\ \\__ \\ \ \ \\ \ / / / / / / / \ / /Melroch\ \_/ // / / // / / / / /___/ /_ / /\ \ / /Melarocco\_ // /__/ // /__/ / /_________//_/ \_\/ /Eowine__ / / \___/\_\\___/\_\ I neer Pityancalimeo\ \_____/ /ar/ /_atar Mercasso naan ~~~~~~~~~Cuinondil~~~\_______/~~~\__/~~~Noolendur~~~~~~ || Lenda lenda pellalenda pellatellenda cuivie aiya! || "A coincidence, as we say in Middle-Earth" (JRR Tolkien)
