I'd say there isn't. I don't know exactly about the articulation of the
"alveolar lateral flap" [l\], but I guess it's flapped basically with the
tip of the tongue. I think that if trilled, this sound would be the same as
[r]. A trill requires a little articulator to move very freely: Either the
lips, the tip of the tongue, or the uvula. In the trill movement, the choice
of different distinctions with the tip of the tongue is very reduced in
comparison to other manners of articulation, as stops or taps/flaps.
