#/= are obligatory, +/- are optional. If a segment meets all the # and
= requirements of a phoneme, it'll list it as that, and if it violates
any of the + or - requirements, it'll note that, by highlighting the
phone and writing to the said, for example, "+long". But, if a segment
does not meet the # and = requirements of any phoneme, it'll mark it
with a question mark
