Actually, purely from the ablative. I meant to say that, but I forgot.
Absolutive is, of course, from the nominative.

-îs -> -is -> -s, then an extra -a and -o were added by analogy, to
create a difference between the two declensions.

Thanks. I love ergativity, and I've been wanting to do a romance
conlang for a while, so I thought of combining those two. :-)
