Where's that common? In Finland? For me those are simply [d`], [l], [n´],
which is pretty standard on this side of the Baltic, altho some have [l`], and
there's of course common in big bits of southern Sweden to have pure dental
[d], [n] for /rd/ and /rn/, and then there's those who have [R\] plus dental.
