Speaks well of your abilities. I'm curious-- since I never took part in any _team expedition_, how many people were involved? Had the language been recorded previously? In view of the location, I assume it's related to Finnish/Saami/Samoyed etc., whatever that family is called nowadays. (I had the impression you were going off to Siberia, but obviously you were still within "Europe"). Any photos you can post would be great! I'm especially interested since (ObConculture!!) some of my Gwr probably live in a similar environment, and I've never, to my knowledge, been north of 52° or so. Must have been a fascinating trip!! You're lucky. Roger.
