And it would be correct. Jarlsberg is a type of "Swiss" cheese, which might
as well be made in Saskatchewan for all anyone cares. Swiss cheese is just
the English (American?) name for a certain set of cheese types. It doesn't
matter where that particular variant comes from originally, the name is no
longer geographical. Same goes for "Monterey", which could just as well be
made in France, it's still Monterey.
