Looks to me like /al-nez ra:t/ or /al-nez la:t/ (e = unknown short
vowel).  Unfortunately, neither of the Arabic/English translation tools
i know of online seem to be liking me at the moment, and i don't
recognize either of the words.  If it's one word, it could be something
like /al-nazira:t/, which based on a possible Hebrew cognate
"ha-nezirot" would mean "the female ascetics/monks".
