Well, if we're gonna reform Uk, lets make, after the [k]>["w] a ["w]>0/_V
change and enable sandhi.
[V:::::::::::::::"w], [V:::::::::::"w]. [V::"w], [V"w], [V::::::::"w].
I guess time---not length---becomes the proper phoneme
