I like this idea!
ICAL: An Inter-Concultural Auxiliary Language, or alternatively
Inherently Cryptic Artlangerish Lingo. (The abbreviature is already used
for too many different things to bother about the rights, IMO)
Easy for True Conlangers, undeciferable for the rest.
I imagine Latino-Greek roots occurring in English, properly mutilated...
VSO... trigger role marking, but underlyingly active-stative... consonant
mutations arranged cyclically... loads of diacritics... :D
