Kash:  the first phrase could be:  enjeni anje ya/yuyukar 'city-the still
3s/ inchoative of yukar 'become' = beginning to become, in process of
becoming.  A little less high-flown, ...anje senda yayukar 'still engaged-in
it-becomes (senda is the equiv. of be...ing).  For the last, deriv. of kamon
'born' would definitely not be used; it only applies to animate beings (the
Kash can be so literal-minded).  So it would have to be:  ...anje (senda)
yutu rumale 'still (engaged in) creating itself' (causing itself to be) or:
yutu ruñahan 'creating/devising/inventing itself'.  Best would be to find
the word for 'to form, to shape', the caus. of that would be ideal.
