As with most of us, I'm sure, my first conlang was really an encoded
version of my L1 (English).  It took far less than 30 minutes to
come up with, I'm sure, although I don't recall the process.
Here's a sample, though:

Vjot cifsuun ot vji qsowevi qsuqisvz ug nesl siif.
