No, please don't be offended -- that was obviously not intended.
Anyway, I think it's also a different case: if Klingon used all 52
characters, it would be fine art again, probably even for most people
who usually find mixed case unelegant. :-) And after all, X-Sampa/CXS
uses mixed case, too. Imagine using (letter) digraphs plus
diacritics! Oh, no!
