I think I'll try a translation of this. Nice text, by the way. Does
this teacher know about Rokbeigalmki?

I added laun=EDtanva to keep the pattern of three major words per line, a=
n
uncommon, but not-unheard-of, poetic standard, four is the most common,
but there are also 3-word and 3/4-alternating. Incidentally, "tongue"
literally means "that which speaks"

Nai-pyasva'di-fin=3Dku wa-fil-ya'sa-v w-ini'i-v

Literal translation:
Place and Person

The truth is that nothing will end
Nothing is dead forever
Because they are in the soul
And they are on the tongue, truthfully
I will never forget you
Never you

This line I don't understand, does it mean that they are always spoken of?
